Rihanna looks stunning in this green Gucci dress that really compliments her skin tone. Green “is” really her color. And, Katie Holmes looks quite ‘spacy’ in this chic folded red dress by Gucci. I really dig this look. Very fashion forward.
Looking pretty in pink? Gwyneth Paltrow absolutely look divine in this cute mini. Must be the Estee Lauder ‘Pleasures’ look. To emphasize the “bow” trend, Lucy Liu bounced back from looking like a marshmallow at the Valentino couture show! She looks ultra cute in this sleek white dress with a black bow.
Once again, the gorgeous Rihanna rocked us with her freshly cropped hair! She’s definitely a trendsetter for hair (sorry, Posh) for the new generation. Spotted at the NRJ Awards in France last Saturday, she looks beautiful in lovely grey dress. She also took home an award for International Song of the Year for “Don’t Stop The Music.” Congrats, missy!

It’s a star-studded event at the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection Show. Stars like Heidi Klum, Molly Sims and etc, have walked down the red carpet in specially designed red gowns to raise awareness about heart disease.
A Marc Jacobs-clad Heidi Klum struts down the runway at the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection Show. Molly Sims mixes things up in a crimson strapless number. The supermodel-turned-actress revealed afterwards that she nearly had a wardrobe malfunction on the runway.
Lisa Rinna shimmies down the runway in a fringe-filled Michael Kors dress. “24” star Mary Lynn Rajskub trades geek for chic is a gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown. Rajskub recently announced she is expecting her first child.

It’s a melancholy, rainy Sunday in “sunny sunshine” Singapore. I’m thinking of hoodies, jackets, capes and maybe a cute polka dot brolly.
So, my Sunday’s pick is New York Couture, “one of a kind clothing straight from New York”. The website says, “Each piece is hand cut, sewn, and detailed. The styles are funky, fancy, fun to wear dresses, skirts, and tops. 24-year-old designer Cassie K. is as unique as her designs. Imagine Betsy Johnson merging with Cyndi Lauper and Cassie’s eclectic designs come to mind” – sounds like fun to me! Here are some eye-popping designs by Cassie:
Limited Edition Quilted Hoody Cape. Cape is made of quilted satin. Modern day little red riding hood. I absolutely heart this, it’s not only cute – it could be a statement piece. Not to mention, it’s limited edition! For USD$80, I think it’s a steal.
Limited Edition Owl Jumper. Jumper has adjustable straps. All denim feathers made from vintage jeans. Denim colors/shades/types will vary with each jumper. SUPER RARE. I love owls, as a design element in jewelry, clothes, bags, you name it. This is a kooky jumper, and I’ll definitely wear this in a heart beat.
This is a Limited Edition 2 Piece Scallop Edge Lace Dress. The top layer is made of vintage lace. Lace prints/designs will vary for each color. The under-dress layer is a cotton lycra dress that can be worn alone or with the lace dress over it. Black waist band is made of stretch elastic. Very sweet, and feminine. I like how the dress drapes over the body, exposing your sensual curves without revealing too much. It’s a keeper!
I’ve been shopping for lotsa (I mean, LOTSA) furniture for work as we’re building our own studio set for living room, kitchen and bedroom. So, the best place to go for affordable pricing and variety is none other than, IKEA. So I thought, if only we have the money and time, we could be building a really mind-blowing set with these cool designs:

The Converse Extensions by Daryl van Wouw is revolutionary, yet totally cool. However, it’s not very practical if you’re going to visit a friend. How are you going to remove your shoe without removing your “pants”? Not recommended for Chinese New Year visiting.
